Harbor Deck is a strategic print-and-play flip & write game that uses nothing more than a standard 52-card deck, a score sheet, and a pencil.

Choose your starting ships wisely, then manage incoming containers as cards are revealed. Every decision matters: expand your fleet by selecting new ships, or use face cards to load containers onto ships you've already chosen.

Not every container will fit. Containers left in storage cost you points, so planning ahead is essential.
